Hand on Heart Vision

For a fairer society where the vulnerable find stability, rough sleepers maintain their dignity, the most excluded feel included in society, and where homelessness is eradicated.

What is Involved?

Hand on Heart (HoH) will assemble 1000 essential packs filled with new clothes and toiletries as part of the HoH Summer Homeless Campaign.

During the 3 Day Big Help Out event, HoH will serve packs at 15 homeless distribution sites nationwide (5 homeless drives per day).
