2026 Spring Homeless Campaign

As the seasons change, many vulnerable individuals continue to face the harsh realities of homelessness. In response, Hand on Heart, in partnership with BCT, is launching our Spring Homelessness Campaign to provide essential clothing and toiletry packs to rough sleepers and those living in temporary accommodation.
With rising living costs and increasing levels of homelessness, access to basic necessities has become even more difficult. This campaign aims to distribute over 2,000 essential packs and “pick and mix” supplies, including seasonal clothing, hygiene products, and other vital items to help individuals maintain their dignity, health, and wellbeing in over 37 towns and cities across the UK.
By working closely with local shelters, outreach teams, and volunteers, we are ensuring that these packs reach those who need them most, across the communities we support. Every pack delivered represents practical care, compassion, and a reminder that someone cares.
However, we cannot do this alone. Your donations, fundraising efforts, and time can make a tangible difference in providing warmth, comfort, and essential support to those experiencing homelessness.
Join us in making a meaningful impact this spring. Together, we can restore dignity, offer hope, and bring vital support to those who need it most.

What we need?

Donations: To provide 2,000 essential packs and pick & mix supplies including clean clothes and toiletries to the homeless in a safe manner.
£20 will go towards one pack. £60 could help 3 rough sleepers, asylum seekers and refugees to have access to clean clothes & hygiene items.

How You Can Help

We need your support to make this campaign a success! Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Volunteer with us: Join our assembly sessions in Harefield to pack drawstring bags or prepare pick-and-mix crates. Families, schools, universities, and corporate teams are all welcome!
  • Donate: Every contribution helps us provide essential items to those in need.
  • Spread the word: Share our mission with your community, workplace, or school.

What We Provide

Every Spring Essential Pack contains carefully selected items designed to protect against the cold and provide basic necessities:

  • Polo shirt
