2025 Spring Homeless Campaign

As the seasons change, many vulnerable individuals continue to face the harsh realities of homelessness. In response, Hand on Heart, in partnership with BCT, is launching a Spring Homeless Campaign to provide essential clothing and toiletry packs to rough sleepers and those in temporary accommodation.

With rising living costs and increasing homelessness rates, access to basic necessities has become even more challenging. This campaign aims to distribute over 1,500 essential packs, including seasonal clothing, hygiene products, and other vital items to help individuals maintain their dignity, health, and well-being.

By working alongside local shelters, outreach teams, and volunteers, we are ensuring that these packs reach those who need them most. But we can’t do it alone—we need your support. Your donations, fundraising efforts, and time can make a real difference in bringing warmth, comfort, and essential care to those in need.

Join us in making a meaningful impact this spring. Together, we can restore hope and dignity to those facing homelessness.

What we need?

Donations: To provide 1500 packs with clean clothes and toiletries to the homeless in a safe manner.
£20 will go towards one pack. £60 could help 3 rough sleepers, asylum seekers and refugees to have access to clean clothes & hygiene items.

How You Can Help

We need your support to make this campaign a success! Here’s how you can get involved:
  • Volunteer with us: Join our assembly sessions in Harefield to pack drawstring bags or prepare pick-and-mix crates. Families, schools, universities, and corporate teams are all welcome!
  • Donate: Every contribution helps us provide essential items to those in need.
  • Spread the word: Share our mission with your community, workplace, or school.

What We Provide

Every Winter Warmer Pack contains carefully selected items designed to protect against the cold and provide basic necessities:
  • Polo shirt
  • Tshirt

  • Underwear
  • Deodorants
  • Wet wipes
  • Goods360 Hygiene Pack (2 in 1 body wash/shampoo, conditioner, socks, lotion, oral hygiene kit, ear plugs, sleep mask, chapstick, face cream, pen and comb)
