2025 Winter Warmer Campaign

As the colder months approach, Hand on Heart (HoH) In partnership with Beta Charitable Trust (BCT) is launching its flagship Winter Warmer Campaign this November, now in its third consecutive year alongside our impactful 30-Day Homeless Challenge.

With your support, our goal is to distribute 2,000 Winter Warmer Essential Packs across the UK throughout November, bringing comfort, dignity, and practical aid to those experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Why This Campaign Matters

The rising cost of living, inflation, and ongoing economic pressures have pushed more individuals and families into vulnerable situations. Many are now facing homelessness—or are at serious risk.

We’ve already seen a sharp increase in demand for support over the spring and summer months. Now, with winter looming, it’s time to act.

What’s in a Winter Warmer Pack?

Each high-quality rucksack is filled with essential winter items, carefully chosen to provide warmth, hygiene, and dignity:
• Hoodie
• T-shirt
• Thermal tops & bottoms
• Thermal socks (3 pairs)
• Underwear (3 pairs)
• Winter gloves
• Woolly hat
• Deodorant
• Shower gel
• Wet wipes
• Toothbrush & toothpaste
Additional items available upon request at outreach drives:
• Sleeping bags
• Hot water bottles with fleece covers
• Blankets

The 30-Day Homeless Challenge

Every single day in November, HoH volunteers will be out serving across 30+ towns and cities nationwide.
Supported by over 600 volunteers and working with 30+ partner charities and organisations, the challenge highlights what we can achieve together when communities unite.
Let’s make this a November to Remember.
